Steve Mitrione was heavily influenced by the 70’s school of great R&B bass players. Over the years his tastes and experience have grown, but rhythm and a big sound remain fundamentals of his playing. Today he enjoys most styles of Pop music, but is still very fond of any Roots music where soul makes it go.
